Automotive Service Clinic at Tempe Lincoln Mercury
We recently created and executed a Service Clinic mailer for Tempe Lincoln Mercury in the Tempe Autoplex, Tempe, Ariz. A total of 4,000 letter invitations were sent to the dealership's customer data base for an event held on a Saturday in April. The mailing generated more than 150 responses with 81 service appointments scheduled for the day! The response was so great that the dealership had to schedule overflow appointments.
